Very professional during set up and helpful, manager walked me through the property and accurately recommended best unit size for me. Checkout was very smooth and easy process. Communication through emails about updates in prices was also professional.

The online SmartRental process is quite nifty. We had an emergency need for a rental unit on Thanksgiving Day and were able to select, pay for, and gain access to the property and unit (in Scottsdale) without the need for the office to be open or to wait for the next day. It was a life-saver that eliminated a major scheduling issue. The only reason the rating is not a 10 is because I have both renters insurance and multiple circle locks and renting with SmartRental, we weren't able to avoid paying for those two unnecessary expenses. But the free first month did provide some compensation. The follow-up call from Savanah the next day was a credit to CubeSmart's commitment to quality customer service.
