On Day-1 (4/1/26), Sherry, Office Rep, ASSIGNED me a Storage Unit-J005 that was LOCKED/OCCUPIED! A Male Rep from another location helped to look 30+ minutes to locate another Open Unit-A015 with the storage size I'd requested ONLINE! Sherry appeared very DISORGANIZED while trying to Help ME and (2) other Customers at the same time! Instead of quickly correcting my paperwork with New Unit info, I had to WAIT Unnecessarily over 30 minutes while repeatedly saying my Movers were on their way to Unload my Apartment Items into my paid Storage Unit. My MOVERS were charging me by the hour, which mattered greatly as a Retired Disabled Senior on a tight budget!Then on 5/7/26 while visiting my Unit A015, I expierenced a FRUSTRATED & Unnecessary verbal In-Person encounter & HARASSING follow-up Voicemail from Rep, Sherry at 3115 Us-175Seagoville , TX. So I will never use THIS location for future storage needs! I only used Storage Unit-A015 (4/1/26-5/13/26). And because of All the Unprofessional Encounters I experienced with your Rep, Sherry, I'd like to receive a FULL REFUND of $52.50 paid for May's Storage Rental of A015 as a Courtesy Resolution!

Bugs everywhere, rodent droppings everywhere. By the time we moved out everything, we had a large anthill inside the unit.
