It appears that after I settled into my storage unit, the rental rate was increased — seemingly at a point when moving or relocating would be most difficult, particularly given my active-duty military status.Sudden rate adjustments under such circumstances create the impression of taking advantage of customers’ limited flexibility. It would reflect far better on CubeSmart to communicate any planned or potential increases clearly in advance, including how often they may occur. Transparent pricing builds long-term trust and demonstrates genuine respect for customers — especially those serving in the military.

I never had any issues accessing the property my items were safe and stored for a little over 6 months as I was a little worried when my father storage was broken into . Also unsure why my payments went up after a few months of renting but besides that it was an ok stay to store my belongings
