The location is convenient, the facility is so clean and well lit, and the customer service is outstanding!

Great designed facility. Market acceptable and competitive rental pricing per SQFT. On site management performs and communicates above reproach every time.

Easy to work with, and close to home. The only downside, as raising the price 25% after 6 months.

The staff are absolutely wonderful: knowledgeable, available, helpful in every way and then some. The facilities are warm, clean, don't smell in any way moldy, no perfume, scents, smokes. Access is easy. Pricing fair. A polar opposite to all their competitors. I'd never use another again.

I try closing my account but was told I couldn't close it until I paid what I owed in full also I didn't have anything stored in my storage unit at all also the rates keep going up
