Pros: Convenient, close by, decent open hours, friendly customer service, air control. Cons: We did not like the surprise price hike after the first few months. Too much trouble to move/vacate the huge unit we filled to the brim, so forced to pay much more than we had budgeted.

I think your price increases are way out of proportion to fair market prices for the space - feels like a bit of a game

The place is nice, secure and clean....love that part. However, my rent just kept getting higher and higher with no warning. It seems like a customer should be able to lock in a price for at least a year before expecting a hike in the price.

I really liked my storage facility. It was convenient, easy to access, and I felt safe when I was there. The only reason I’m giving it a 5 is that it is over twice the amount than any storage facility in the area.

The staff is amazing

The staff are WONDERFUL!! I thoroughly enjoyed interacting with them each time I went in to pay. The facility is easily accessible and clean. I will definitely be storing with them again!
