I paid a giod amount to store my things indoors in a heated unit to keep my things safe. When i went to get my things my unit was infested with rats. It smelled of rat piss and shit and there was rat shit everywhere and a dead rat in my unit. They had chewed through a bunch of my things. When i got to my new apartment i even found a live baby rat in my things. I am very disappointed in this. I thought that by paying over $200 month for a small unit that i wouldnt have to worry about things like this but i guess i was wrong. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone and hope the insurance i paid will cover the damages. If not i will be even more upset as i have lost thousnds of dollars because if the damage done.

The retrofitting of your units to not accept a common clasp high security lock of my own, forcing me to buy a new one, yours because I needed to move in. Feels scammed.

Our storage unit was infested with mouse nests and three dead mice when we cleared it out after one year.The smell was terrible with mouse droppings everywhere, so your baiting program needs to improve to prevent this from happening.
