I purchased a storage unit online for my family in Seattle to place my extra items in. The unit had a cement barrier you had to step over, no light and by the shelf was open metal which my son in law cut his hand open and broke his hand trying to place something on it. They said they would move us to a unit that was more like advertised for the same price (it is the same size). No additional lease was sent but the price has been changed in the app. I have not moved out so I am not sure why I received a goodbye feedback email. Please give me bck the pricing I agreed to.

Service, facility, and access all great. I didn't ever comp prices in all the years i was there, but you get what you pay for and you get quality at Cube Smart.

I had the worst locker ever (had to jump up 3 ft to climb into the locker). The price of the locker was raised from an initial $100 to $175 over 3 years. The hike happened every 3-6 months. I called to discuss and the only solution was to move into a different unit at the same facility. This makes no sense whatsoever. Have you seen this locker?I was able to find a better rate ($97) that is guaranteed for 6 months. The new locker is 10x5 and I don't need to climb to get into it.

Store management has been great. The free truck was helpful. The unit was very clean. Access is easy. We appreciate that it's only open when people are in the office and it seems secure. We'll see, but so far, so good.

Well run; efficient staff; lowered due to expense

So far, the experience has be easy and pleasant. We haven't moved anything in yet, but so far, so good.

This one of the best locker situations I have ever had.
