Service, facility, and access all great. I didn't ever comp prices in all the years i was there, but you get what you pay for and you get quality at Cube Smart.

I had the worst locker ever (had to jump up 3 ft to climb into the locker). The price of the locker was raised from an initial $100 to $175 over 3 years. The hike happened every 3-6 months. I called to discuss and the only solution was to move into a different unit at the same facility. This makes no sense whatsoever. Have you seen this locker?I was able to find a better rate ($97) that is guaranteed for 6 months. The new locker is 10x5 and I don't need to climb to get into it.

Store management has been great. The free truck was helpful. The unit was very clean. Access is easy. We appreciate that it's only open when people are in the office and it seems secure. We'll see, but so far, so good.

I can only say 10 +++ working with the entire team @ Nickerson Cubesmart.Alisha, Johnathon, and Jorge are ALWAYS courteous, attentive, and professional. This one of the best locker situations I have ever had. We are long-term tenants and she assisted us in finding a more convenient unit at the same property. Seamless, professional and full of very good suggestions! We highly recommend this business as a place to store your overflow items.
