Facility always very clean. Staff always responsive and helpful.As I was leaving CubeSmart Nickerson, having my storage contents put on a moving van, Alyssa and Jorge were right on top of what was a very dynamic situation. I will be forever grateful!

It’s very easy to get signed up. Everyone in the office is helpful, from finding the right unit, to explaining the paperwork, to working with you on your move in and out dates. The facility is clean and safe.

I have had storage in this location for most of the last 20 years, since before CubeSmart bought Nickerson Street Self Storage. The transition after acquisition was handled smoothly. The high level of service remained consistent from previous ownership to new ownership. I would (and have) recommended this location for storage in the past. I would say the price increases seem based on opportunity to increase profits and you should consider the impact of them and their frequency.
