Rates rise astronomically

Because your fees were increased a ridiculous amount and I found bigger storage with better access hours and at nearly 1/2 the cost. The use of introductory rates by CubeSmart is already problematic. Combine it with the number of rate increases with an absolute minimal approach to notice of rate increase. As a customer, I lost trust in CubeSmart when no effort was made to earn my business and instead was treated more like a hostage.

This is the 2nd time we have rented a storage unit from these guys. Both times have been perfect. I like the facility - clean, safe. and the folks working there are friendly and helpful.

The building is clean and well lit

Location is inconvenient unless you live in Ballard, but for those who live in the area, I would say it's the best option.

Fine if it's a temporary rental, but I keep items there permanently and you were constantly raising the price by $50 each time and sometimes it was within less then a year since the last increase. I moved to another storage company in my neighborhood and I went from you price $325 per month to $100 per month at the new company.

Rate increases are out of control. Terrible business model.
