Your front desk help is exceptional

The facility is very nice. The rent for our unit tripled in less than 4 years, to an amount similar to a small apartment. For this reason we moved to a nearby storage facility and reduced our rent to about 1/5 the rent CubeSmart was charging us.

Your Ballard facility on Leary is a nicely maintained place with a helpful and pleasant staffer. I have used it 3 times now. However, though I know it is part of your business plan to get people in then consistently raise the rates, raising them over 40% withing two years is just plain greedy!

Could not stomach the 175% rent increase from $140 to $380

The longer you stay the more you pay is what your local agent told me. I found that if I were to walk in off the street to rent the same unit it would be $54 per month less than what you were charging me.

Pros: Convenient, close by, decent open hours, friendly customer service, air control. Cons: We did not like the surprise price hike after the first few months. Too much trouble to move/vacate the huge unit we filled to the brim, so forced to pay much more than we had budgeted.

Clean, secure unit. Easy access. Helpful staff.

I think your price increases are way out of proportion to fair market prices for the space - feels like a bit of a game

I feel like my belongings are safe despite the area... I can trust no one is breaking in due to the practices I see that are set in place to keep out people who are not renting a space
