Location is inconvenient unless you live in Ballard, but for those who live in the area, I would say it's the best option.

Fine if it's a temporary rental, but I keep items there permanently and you were constantly raising the price by $50 each time and sometimes it was within less then a year since the last increase. I moved to another storage company in my neighborhood and I went from you price $325 per month to $100 per month at the new company.

Rate increases are out of control. Terrible business model.

Your on-site customer service is great! What is NOT great is how you increase rent on long term clients, it makes absolutely no sense to do so.! It's appaling!
