I had an amazing experience with CubeSmart. Staff are pleasant. They aren't aggressive and pushy like Public Storage. They respect each customer and give time to make decisions according to their needs. Transactions from signing and closing the unit was smooth. Hours of operations were convenient. My things were in a safe place and i had confidence that they were secure because of the 8 digits passwords from the entrance as well as the elevator. The place is clean and well maintained. The price is decent.

Price increases every 4 months. Loud music plays in the storage area.

The facility is clean and well lit (both are very important to us), the hours are good, and the customer service has been outstanding!

The facilities are good, just my unit was not clean (dust) when I took it.Price increased significantly. I asked to move to a smaller unit but that would mean a price increase since my new customer offer would be lost
