The gentleman who waited on me at the CubeSmart on Sebastian Blvd., in SebastismFl. Was very polite and Professional. It wasbecause of him that I rented the unit, but I had to cancel because it was too far from my home,.

It was very concerning to me that a lightening strike took out the electricity for the storage units, but the office was not affected. Clients who were under contract for a climate controlled unit were without power for over a month. I moved my items to another facility.

Ridiculous rate hikes. Power was lost in one building where one of my units was and continued billing me in full for climate controlled. When asking the office about it they said it had been out for a week, which was not true and then told me another 2 weeks. That was over a month and a half ago.
