I paid my bill (not realizing it was for the next month) and moved my stuff out two days later - I called to get a partial refund and was advised that “you don’t do that!” So paid over a $100 for nothing.

Because you raise my rent every year until I could no longer afford storage. It is not like you had to do maintenance every month!!! It was not an apartment, it was a storage unit. You are all greedy.
