Great services at front desk

Your company is known for bait and switch for the last 6 months. I have rented 3 spots. The 2nd month you double the rate. I am writing a review, but apparently everybody does this. So I will never use you once. My existing storage is empty. I will never use you people again. And will tell people to stay away from your company.Magic, but a new toyota awesome, please.Oh santa got my letter

We rented a unit that should have been climate controlled and had electricity. Our unit did not have electricity for several months. We spoke with the manager about a partial refund. It was never given. In addition on our move out day she called and left a nasty message. I don’t recommend and will not use them again because this person was so rude. Some of our nice things were damaged due to the heat. Asked about getting reimbursed for that because we paid for the insurance. That isn’t happening either apparently.

You raised the rent several times

Very good service with clean facility.

The unit lost air conditioning for several months, requiring me to remove string instruments to protect from the heat. It was the primary reason we used Cube Smart. There was little response to emailed requests for improvement.

The guy at the desk was super helpful and nice.

I don't recommend much to anyone. Everyone has different standards.

Staff was friendly, checking in and out was easy. Pricing was great compared to other places, I really enjoyed my time here and will come back if I need to

Everything worked out well staff was friendly unit was clean. The continuous rate increases are a problem. This process forces you to move your belongings to other units or perhaps other storage facilities
