I rented a climate control unit and there was never ever climate control in that building on my end for a year and a half . I had complained many times with the office and they said to me it was up to the main office to fix the AC which you never did . Your company was in breach of contract which I should have pursued . I had to throw away several items which cost me around $6,000 in damage .

First off I was paying way too much for a 10x10 - $140 a month then I get a card in the mail it's going to $190 a month. No way! I have a 10x20 in NY for $165 and got a climate control 5x10 unit in Palm bay to move my stuff from your location for $39 a month!

Staff very professional and helpful.

There were quite a few hidden fees. Storage locks not included, processing fee and insurance fees. 1st month free turned out to be $78 when all said and done.It’s been a while since I’ve used storage and was overwhelmed with all the fees. Make sure to bring renters or homeowners insurance information with you or you will be forced to take their monthly insurance fee. I brought proof of homeowners insurance 2 days after signing up and they refused to refund me.They do have an excellent staff who were up front and honest and extremely helpful and they do offer free moving carts for inside units.

Well many times during the day I found the gate wide open people just coming and going there was garbage I saw away from the front of my unit that was there the entire time I was renting further I was just sent an increase in rate change where is I've been out of the unit for about a week just shows the incompetence of the entire system one last thing when I rented the unit I rented a non climate controlled and when I got there they were giving me a climate controlled yet again incompetence you're also overpriced in comparison to many of the units in the area for for $11 more I'm getting twice the size unit with free 24 access where you charge for it

Prices are way to high. Instead of raising discounts should be offered to loyalty renters.

The prices were raised substantially. The doors were frequently, not checked to make sure that they were not open, so when I walked into my insanely expensive climate controlled storage unit and it was hot. I had to walk around and find out who left the door open somewhere else in the building. The doors used to lock to each building, but when you guys took over for Storage Sense, you took the locks off of the doors, which I feel like was a second form of security that we paid for. In addition, all of the long-standing employees who were great to us, we’re fired when you took over for Storage Sense. I don’t feel like that’s good for the community..
