Friendly people and location

Becuz you guys are CROOKS. You’ve jacked my storage unit fee up 4 times in 3 years. You have done ZERO IMPROVEMENTS to my or any of the storage units. The place is dirty. I found the exact same size storage unit for $209 per month. You just raised my unit price $56 per MONTH!! You expect me to pay $417 + tax per month now. LMAO, I see so many people moving out of there units same time I did. I hope your greed looses you all your loyal bill payers. We’re done paying for your Yacht’s and Bentley’s. I’ve been at that same unit forever.. with Acorn Stoage, Storage Sense and now you greedy crooks at Cube Smart. Your not seeming too smart to me. See ya Loser!!

Jasmine is always friendly, knowledgable, and accommodating. I only know her from CubeSmart, but in my opinion, she's as pleasant off the job as well, and I'm sure she's a valuable employee for CubeSmart.

Great services at front desk

Your company is known for bait and switch for the last 6 months. I have rented 3 spots. The 2nd month you double the rate. I am writing a review, but apparently everybody does this. So I will never use you once. My existing storage is empty. I will never use you people again. And will tell people to stay away from your company.Magic, but a new toyota awesome, please.Oh santa got my letter

We rented a unit that should have been climate controlled and had electricity. Our unit did not have electricity for several months. We spoke with the manager about a partial refund. It was never given. In addition on our move out day she called and left a nasty message. I don’t recommend and will not use them again because this person was so rude. Some of our nice things were damaged due to the heat. Asked about getting reimbursed for that because we paid for the insurance. That isn’t happening either apparently.
