The people are great however; I had so many issues with my unit on mlk d104. Cigarette smoke, a critter chewing through my things, critter poop etc. I was told I'd get a discount, was going to be moved to am inside unit for the same price, the roof was going to get fixed etc. I emptied my unit yesterday, all top get my money back since I am paid for through Dec 29, nothing! After everything I went through with that unit I, in the very least, should've received money back. Good faith gesture.
