Great customer service and always helpful

Professionalism, courtesy and convenience are the three reasons I chose to go with the cube.

Cost to much! Price went up three times! Plus you ask me to take this stupid survey. Shouldn't ask me to waste my time telling you what you did wrong. You know your to expensive, but you don't care. You just rob people for your own gain. Was better when it was privately owned and operated.

Very helpful staff

The receptionist was very polite and answered questions I had with kindness. They both had the kind of personality that mae me want to hang out and visit. Her giving me a little extra info on the units will definitely make me chose cubesmart in the future. We rented a spot for our rv temporarily, but if we need a storage unit we will rent from cubesmart.
