The facility does not have cameras. It is not air conditioned. The staff accused me of renting to sleep in it. I am a small business owner and needed immediate storage for records and such. I was in a hurry and reserved online but when I arrived at the space, the office was not at the same location. I am still figuring my way around and my wife often has the car. I had to negotiate my schedule to go there when I had time and I did not have time later that day to move files. The space is open for business as of 6 am, but there is very little light at the gate. The solar charged lights are dim and then blast you when you get close. I further identified security concerns within the layout and a wooden gate hidden behind a corner. The front gates are all short chain link that looks easy to climb. The combination is only a padlock that many people must all know. Otherwise, I have to say it is close by and inexpensive for my area.

Autumn was so hopeful and walking you through everything and answering all of my questions. She even helped me to download the app which was very helpful because I wanted to be placed on auto pay. I would absolutely recommend CubeSmart in the future.
