Service from all staff was great, the storage facility was also pretty good among other benefits for myself living just a few blocks away, the site was pretty clean all the time.

Close location to my residence. Convenient hours for access to belongings. Staff always helpful and informative. Good communication when bill is due. Being able to pay bill online and in person if needed.

I have had my space for just a few months and was set up on autopay so never have had a late pay or no pay. I contacted Cube Smart by email before my move out date and asked whether I needed to do anything further after I moved out on the first of the month. I was told "Please be sure your unit is empty with no lock to ensure you are moved out properly. We will schedule the move-out on your behalf. " I did as I was told, but was still charged on the 7th of the month. When I contacted my local facility to request a refund, I was told that because I didn't contact them and let them know that I had moved out, I couldn't receive a refund.I feel like this is bad business and not respecting your customers that do what needs to be done and follow your direction. I will not recommend Cube Smart to anyone. In fact I will share my story if anyone ever ask.
