I left multiple voicemails that were never returned. We were customers there for years - only had a few boxes of back up tapes - asked if the price increase could be waived or a bit less. One of the female managers there let me know that CubeSmart will not budge on pricing and to get my stuff out by April 22 or 23er - whatever the date was. I was a bit shocked by her attitude. Then I tried to call the regional manager and left a few messages which were not returned. We moved up the street. Excellent customer service. From beginning to end the front desk staff was amazing. They made sure I had everything, from the code to gate, lock and made sure I downloaded the app for ease of use and more. I will be storing again only here.
