Second time using CubeSmart & both times i had no problems, issues or complaints. The front-end ladies are absolutely wonderful.

The storage units were clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the units were in a safe location with good security.

They don’t appreciate the long time renters like my self keep raising the prices..last one was $350 .Also the place is not so clean and some of my furniture got mold underneath!!!

I left multiple voicemails that were never returned. We were customers there for years - only had a few boxes of back up tapes - asked if the price increase could be waived or a bit less. One of the female managers there let me know that CubeSmart will not budge on pricing and to get my stuff out by April 22 or 23er - whatever the date was. I was a bit shocked by her attitude. Then I tried to call the regional manager and left a few messages which were not returned. We moved up the street. I will never recommend CubeSmart and in just a week referred to our new storage unit. THe attitude not the price was my breaking po
