Poor snow and ice management in front of the units. Driveways get blocked frequently by very little traffic. Office staff leave randomly and often. Not worth the price with these issues.

Snow blocked my unit. Snow made it hard for multiple vehicles to be parked in same area.

Felt rushed and hounded to pay the bill, not to mention all the mice and mice droppings in my unit and all over my belongings.

Great front desk

As soon as I walked in i was greeted by the young lady who was behind the desk with a smile & very politel. It was Christmas Eve & as soon as I gave her my name she said I was going to call. To me that made me feel like WoW, I never met her before but she made me feel so welcomed. She showed me exactly how to get to the unit on the map & explained what to do with the lock. Total professional! There should be more people that work in customer service like her. I had to wait a couple minutes while she finished her phone call & let me tell you she was just as nice on the phone. She made sure they knew everything before they hung up. I wish I could remember her name, but don't lose her.Also the unit was very clean & easy to get to.
