The ease of renting along with plenty of options is great. The security and cleanliness is also better than most storage units I've seen. I'm also very happy with the location.

The price was too high but the girls in the office are fantastic and knowledgeable.

Your price escalations are ridiculous.

Several reasons, one night I got locked in your facility, called the 800 number, and was told I had to wait until 6 am to get assistance. Had to call the police to get out of the facility, with my storage unit open and the key to my car locked inside your building. The move out was atrocious. Someone put a lock on my unit. I called and sent several emails that the lock was not mine. I still had to sign an agreement to cut the lock that was not mine off the unit. I still received a bill and will not be paying this.

The rent was raised 2 times before the year was up.
