Great front desk

As soon as I walked in i was greeted by the young lady who was behind the desk with a smile & very politel. It was Christmas Eve & as soon as I gave her my name she said I was going to call. To me that made me feel like WoW, I never met her before but she made me feel so welcomed. She showed me exactly how to get to the unit on the map & explained what to do with the lock. Total professional! There should be more people that work in customer service like her. I had to wait a couple minutes while she finished her phone call & let me tell you she was just as nice on the phone. She made sure they knew everything before they hung up. I wish I could remember her name, but don't lose her.Also the unit was very clean & easy to get to.

My interactions with staff and my storage spaces has always been superior.

I was a customer of yours for nearly 10 years and even upgraded my storage space to a larger unit halfway through 2020. Initially your terms were fair and I felt secure in leaving my files and folders stored in your facility. Your iPhone App was a great enhancement, and I used it all the time. Your monthly fees went up each year, and they oftentimes exceeded the Cost of Living/Inflation, you stopped allowing discounts for paying in full for each calendar year - but I tolerated these inconveniences - until this year's price increase which was ridiculous. My new monthly fee would have been ~$260.00 per month and that is too much. Not one time did anyone reach out to me and ask me "why" I was leaving, so I took my business elsewhere, rented a larger unit and half your price. Sad.
