the employees at 900 e 70th (close enough address) shreveport la are PHENOMINAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!best service ever and the storage space was exceptionally clean and desirable, the property is well maintained and the location is spot-on

The price just kept increasing

I was very pleased with customer service and access 24/7 to storage unit 701. However, the unit was supposed to be climate control and it never seemed like it really was. Also moisture got in under the outside wall and there was an issue with mold on some other furniture and bugs especially silverfish. The first contract we signed said the rent would never go up over $80 but it had steadily gone up to where now it's $153 monthly.
