The customer service here was beyond exceptional. They were patient as I Walker through the unit and made a decision. You can tell the employees truly enjoy serving. They seemed like they were waiting on my arrival, which I can imagine makes every customer that they e country feel appreciated.

The staff you have in place are the type of people I like to deal with. They go above their call of duty to see that a persons storage needs are met.

Excellent facility, clean, well maintained climate controlled areas. Excellent managers, always caring and helpful.Unfortunately the rent never stopped going up on me, while newcomers always had better rates than long term reliable customers. Reached a limit I could no longer bear to pay.

The primary reason for the good score is due to the employees at the Shreveport location. Every time I have had interactions with anyone in the office, it has been a pleasure. They have all been exemplary, especially Bill. While the other young ladies in the office have been amazing to work with, Bill has done the extra mile, as they say. I was locked out of my unit and Bill was able,vafter all forms were dealt with, to remove the lock and allow me to access my unit. His help was really needed and very much appreciated. Thank you.
