Excellent facility, clean, well maintained climate controlled areas. Excellent managers, always caring and helpful.Unfortunately the rent never stopped going up on me, while newcomers always had better rates than long term reliable customers. Reached a limit I could no longer bear to pay.

The primary reason for the good score is due to the employees at the Shreveport location. Every time I have had interactions with anyone in the office, it has been a pleasure. They have all been exemplary, especially Bill. While the other young ladies in the office have been amazing to work with, Bill has done the extra mile, as they say. I was locked out of my unit and Bill was able,vafter all forms were dealt with, to remove the lock and allow me to access my unit. His help was really needed and very much appreciated. Thank you.

The staff made the process very easy, from my first contact with the lady on the phone to my in person conversation with Bill. They both made sure I understood the terms of my contract and Bill walked me through the entire process of accessing my storage unit.
