Locks cut and items stolen 4 times in 2 years. 3 times in last few months. Gates frequently inoperable and left open. No accommodation from management.Rates increased unreasonably.

The never ending annual rate increases are excessive and the access gates being left open for extended periods between repairs is not acceptable.
