Had the unit for many years without a single issue and when a problem with my auto pay arose, the staff was completely unhelpful, yelled at me in the store and then blamed me for the issue. And it was all on cubesmarts end. My address didn't change. My card info didn't change. I even manually swiped the same card I had been using and it worked. They never called to notify me until my unit was going to be confiscated. When I showed them my call log with no calls from them they got mad at me for insinuating they were liars. I think they are liars and I'll never go back. I was also immediately hit with a rent increase after this very bad interaction which felt on purpose. Chris was the manager I believe and I thought he was a scumbag.

Friendly and efficient

Easy to access. Well maintained and the all storage space is well protected behind gates. I was happy with my experience. Would definitely recommend.
