Russ very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Units were clean. Convenient location. Had the size unit wanted.

This storage building is very clean and has good lighting. I always felt safe, though I did not go off hours. There are no critters around. Access is easy from a first floor entrance for all units. Carts are always available. The office manager and staff are friendly and helpful, though keep in mind, that staff is not there if you go early around 8am to get something out of your storage unit. There is limited parking, yet this was never a problem, because only a couple of people are there at any given time. It is a smaller facility yet very well managed.

The customer service that I received from Alex was top notch. He made the process so easy considering I was out of town and was in urgent need of a storage unit. He was extremely helpful, responded to my emails and phone calls quickly and answered all my questions. He was a pleasure to work with and is definitely an asset to Cube Smart in Shrewsbury.
