Friendly, knowledgeable front desk workers. This was my first time renting a storage locker and I visited several looking for the right one for me. This is the one I chose, mainly based on the ease of renting the unit and the pleasant, friendly sales people.

It is highway robbery how you go up on prices. I started out in the $300 range and ended up near $800 a month.

The price increases too much with a long term rental

Maria and Quita are easy to work with at CubeSmart in Snellville. GA. They are always so helpful and attentive to their clients' needs. Recently, they let me know that a space had become available next to the one that I currently rent. I was able to rent the newly vacated space and now park both of my buses beside each other instead of rows apart. I am so grateful that they kept me posted when the previous tenant relinquished the space next to my bus. Maria and Quita provided excellent customer service that went above and beyond expectations.

There were rodents in my storage unit. The local customer service employees did not act like they wanted my business. I am can get more space for less money elsewhere.
