The staff was friendly and helpful but a few months into my rental they raised my rate over 30%

Very clean facility. Very easy to reserve and/or secure a unit. Also, had someone call a few days after reserving to ask if I had any questions.

Management at this store is reason why I gave you all this score. I really liked this place at first but the way I was treated and talked to by not only the people at customer service and the store manager was beyond disrespectful and uncalled for. I paid for a while month and my stuff is out of those units.

Long walk to unit is not very convenient

Easy to reserve & rent, very nice staff, and lots of different size options to choose from.

For people who are transitioning, smalling down, moving and making space etc..

Inconsistent with the pricing and charged me over $80 more than what was agreed to.
