This place ripped me off and kept my things. I was locked out of my unit over a false accusation and limited to office hrs. I work during those hrs and told them and they couldn't help me around them to just get my things and leave. This was only my every day items like clothes etc for me and my kids in the unit because I was b still moving in when I got limited access. So I wasted $200 moving in then right after lo k my code so I cant even access my clothes. This does not feel legal and im looking into my rights since you took my money with out the service then restricted from everything before my bill was even half way through the month from being due.

The bathrooms have maggets and storages are not locked properly every night that why I believe they are so cheap

I have always experienced excellent customer service from the employees at our local CubeSmart facility.As a customer with disability diagnosis, I really appreciate the fact that when I need it items removed in order to close out my account. One of the employees took care for me.
