Because is have to explained more clear by phone. Number one the lock , number two the insurance. When u talk with costumer services no said anything about that..have to be more clear ..

-The staff was kind and professional.-The storage unit and building were clean.-The process was easy.-The only reason it is a 9 and not a 10 is that it seems the only lock that fits is their own that is very expensive.
