Staff were very friendly and informative

Management at this store is reason why I gave you all this score. I really liked this place at first but the way I was treated and talked to by not only the people at customer service and the store manager was beyond disrespectful and uncalled for. I paid for a while month and my stuff is out of those units.

Long walk to unit is not very convenient

Easy to reserve & rent, very nice staff, and lots of different size options to choose from.

For people who are transitioning, smalling down, moving and making space etc..

Inconsistent with the pricing and charged me over $80 more than what was agreed to.

This place ripped me off and kept my things. I was locked out of my unit over a false accusation and limited to office hrs. I work during those hrs and told them and they couldn't help me around them to just get my things and leave. This was only my every day items like clothes etc for me and my kids in the unit because I was b still moving in when I got limited access. So I wasted $200 moving in then right after lo k my code so I cant even access my clothes. This does not feel legal and im looking into my rights since you took my money with out the service then restricted from everything before my bill was even half way through the month from being due.

The customer service and team that is working there is top notch. They made my experience super easy informative, fast, and enjoyable!!

Everything went smooth, clean unit and friendly staff
