"I’ve used this South Euclid location for almost a year and had a great experience. The units are always clean and come in a variety of nice sizes. The staff is professional, helpful, and informative—special thanks to the team for the friendly payment reminders that kept me current.The move-out process was completely seamless. The staff was very clear that as long as the unit is completely empty, there are no hidden fees, but they also transparently warned me about the $250 charge for any items left behind. I cleaned my unit out, and the closing was quick and honest. Highly recommended for a stress-free storage solution!"

Sales associates were extremely rude when my husband went to ask questions, we felt as though we were completely blown off when it came to customer service. It was not a good experience at all, our unit was dirty from the previous tenant and fire safety Is not a priority to any employee upon my husband asking about if something were to happen if we were in the parking bay past 10 p even by a minute, how could the car be removed, the employee very rudely and shortly while scoffing and rolling her eyes said “it can’t be the doors are locked and no one can get out except through the man doors”

The facility was safe, clean. andceasy to access. Dollies and carts were readily available. The application process was quick and easy. The manager was friendly and knowledgeable.I would highly recommend this location to my colleagues, friends, and family members who need a safe, clean, and affordable place to safely store their belongings.
