Sales associates were extremely rude when my husband went to ask questions, we felt as though we were completely blown off when it came to customer service. It was not a good experience at all, our unit was dirty from the previous tenant and fire safety Is not a priority to any employee upon my husband asking about if something were to happen if we were in the parking bay past 10 p even by a minute, how could the car be removed, the employee very rudely and shortly while scoffing and rolling her eyes said “it can’t be the doors are locked and no one can get out except through the man doors”

The facility was safe, clean. andceasy to access. Dollies and carts were readily available. The application process was quick and easy. The manager was friendly and knowledgeable.I would highly recommend this location to my colleagues, friends, and family members who need a safe, clean, and affordable place to safely store their belongings.

I moved my equipment out of CubeSmart stores because the prices are ridiculously high you wanted to charge me almost $300 for a 10x20 unit exterior that was ridiculous

The building storage unit and how to get in is great! But the customer service rep wasn't so pleasant!

Ordering my storage unit was easy and fast. Accessing my unit was easy and fast. I like that the unit has a restroom and elevator and flat dollys so most of what need to be moved doesn’t have to be lift by a person. Thank you‼️

The location is very clean the space and pricing was great and the associate was very kind and helpful the process was super fast.
