Very welcoming and helpful when we arrived to look at size options, lower price than other local places, gate lock is broken and doors to the buildings are not locked.

Reps Margaret and Joanne of Wakefield RI site were very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. The price was great at the start. The area and lockers were clean and well kept. Good security.

The storage space and facility were great but I didn't like the monhtly price always going up. It got to a point that couldn't afford it anymore.

While staff and location are great - price more than doubled in five years. Please note - Staff was really courteous. Price of unit went up nearly 150 percen in five years… no way to treat loyal customers.
