Not knowing the office was closed on Tuesdays, I started moving my storage out. The elevator got stuck and two employees, a woman from Narragansett and a man from Richmond went, what I thought was, above and beyond to help me.

Very welcoming and helpful when we arrived to look at size options, lower price than other local places, gate lock is broken and doors to the buildings are not locked.
