The storage space and facility were great but I didn't like the monhtly price always going up. It got to a point that couldn't afford it anymore.

While staff and location are great - price more than doubled in five years. Please note - Staff was really courteous. Price of unit went up nearly 150 percen in five years… no way to treat loyal customers.

Your bait and switch and greedy pricing. Starting at $76 and then raising it and then when it is only a year, raising it again to $151. No thank you. Disgusting and greedy.

Started around 150 ended at $425.00 amonth . You guys watch your customers and if they dont go to storage units that often company continues to increase price per month at a ridiculous rate. I also just downsized but should be closing the account completely in a couple months
