Well during our stay there our motorhome was broken to twice with Dino week and the front office was not Cooperative on what we needed for the insurance company that we got through your company and then so the insurance company dropped her case so we got no complication for what was stolen on the road in grand total it was almost $10,000 worth of damage and Theft and on top of that on the website it says there are property will be secure and then the front office told us that it was not their responsibility or their fault that our motorhome got broke into
