I was there for 15 years and would have still been there except forExcessive price increasesfacility is supposedly manned but nobody is there during most office hoursDistrict manager is not availableForced to pay for CubeSmart insurance when I already have my ownMoved out before my payment due date but you still charged another month although I was assured by customer service that my account was noted and charges would not occur.You have questionable business practices at best and it is hard to believe you are such a large company. In closing…… YOU SUCK.

Predatory pricing scam. Promise low rate begin and then quickly almost double the cost after a month or two..

Convenience

During the snowstorm it took multiple days before a plow removed it. There was nobody answering and we couldn't get to our unit. Other than that it was fine

Great Customer Service, great security with gated storage.

No customer service is ever there.

Short term was okay but the price jumps too frequently and too high. Also the location of our unit was poorly maintained. The gate was frequently broken and after a break in many of the units still showed Falange to the doors after two years.
