Run like a corporate business has no small business charm

Renting on-line was a snap. Very simple process. I was able to sign everything on-line and move right in. Very simple and secure process. The email communications were amazing. The unit was very clean.

Been there for 5 years, started with a 10x10 and price went up every 6 months. They only offered to not raise it once. It got too expensive so I minimized to a 5x10, just for it to continue to increase. No changes, there’s no mirror in the middle to see if there’s a car coming, no light inside your storage to see anything. The only thing they did knew that I noticed in the 5 years was paint. I ended up paying almost $150 for a 5x10, until I found a spot for same size, $100 cheaper and they will not increase the rate every 6 months. I wouldn’t recommend

Storage area is in very bad shape, everything looks like an unfinished construction area.

They promise a reasonable rate and then once you move in they more than double it. I was given the wrong style unit and no compensation was given.

In closing…… YOU SUCK.

Predatory pricing scam. Promise low rate begin and then quickly almost double the cost after a month or two..
