my rate has doubled since I got this unit2nd property was not plowed at all walking in snow to storage unit. I will not recommend this company to anyone .

Good to put all your stuff but price is way too expensive. Kept going up as well. Would use again if needed too for a short amount of time.

they charge me for a lot that I already paid for with a cube SMART and bloomfield, I was transferring my stuff to South Windsor. Give me an option to know if I wanna buy your lock. Don’t charge me for a lock that I’ve already purchased with your company not even a month ago very distasteful and dissatisfied. I was told to call back to get a refund when I call back. No one knows what I’m talking about. No one knows anything.

Service was subpar. The rate increase was ridiculous.

I down graded my unit to a smaller unit. When I booked the new unit online it said I will get a free month. After i signed the lease and paid the 1st month I was called and told that I will not get a free month because I am not a new member. So I do not want to be with a company that rewards its new members but not its loyal members.
