they charge me for a lot that I already paid for with a cube SMART and bloomfield, I was transferring my stuff to South Windsor. Give me an option to know if I wanna buy your lock. Don’t charge me for a lock that I’ve already purchased with your company not even a month ago very distasteful and dissatisfied. I was told to call back to get a refund when I call back. No one knows what I’m talking about. No one knows anything.

I down graded my unit to a smaller unit. When I booked the new unit online it said I will get a free month. After i signed the lease and paid the 1st month I was called and told that I will not get a free month because I am not a new member. So I do not want to be with a company that rewards its new members but not its loyal members.

First I got the storage room and it had a big stain on the floor. But mostly what I didn’t like was that the rent went up $15 a month after just 2 months. I honestly felt a little scared that in a very short time I’d be paying much more for such a little room.
