Mike at Southold provided great, attentive, professional service. He showed me several available units, and was willing to keep showing me until I found the unit I wanted. Excellent front desk service. He even swept out my unit once I made my decision.

Unit not cleaned as promised at start of rental.Unit in below average condition.Very large pot holes at entrance make entry and exit dangerous.Web site difficult to use.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. The site is clean and easily accessible and the unit was clean and easy to get to. My only issue was the distance for me, once I moved. Only reason I left.
