Tammys Customer service was second to none I had ordered a 10,×10 and when I got to my unit I quickly realized it wasn't going to be big enough Tammy quickly explained my options and had me in unit large enough to fill my needs she was very professional

Pricing is outrageous. They raise prices without notification, multiple times per year, and the increases are substantial. We can rent two spaces at our new location and still pay a lot less.

People, service, and facility are awesome. Stored my NuCamp 320 retailer for two years. It was super safe and accessible.

I was selling our RV and needed a place to park it. Glenn the Mgr. was aware of my situation when I rented an outdoor space. He said that if I sold it in a couple days, he would not charge me for the full month. I move in on May 8th and moved out on May 10th. There was nobody in the office on Sat May 10th so I emailed them on the 12th. Tammy, the Mgr for the day called me on the 13th. Tammy said Glenn went to the hospital that Saturday I moved out and she was acting mgr. She didn't know why Glenn would say that. First she said it was past the 6 days, but it wasn't. Then she said the 6 days only applies after I had rented a month. She was going to speak to the District Mgr. to see if they can do something. I have yet to hear from her and calling to reach her after you move out is impossible. If management can resolve this I will gladly change my survey rating to acknowledge this.

Very easy no problems accessing.

In-N-Out, no problems at all the people were courteous and it was worth hiding my boat from a couple weeks

The pavement from the drive to the unit is turning to gravel. This creates a problem when trying to push trailer into space or unit.

horrible service manager was very rude all because i asked if he could prorate the storage fee he answer very rude i was told that he would not do it and said that the day that i pick up my belongings from the storage that i would have to take a big truck because i would only be allowed to take one load and then i would be locked out.... when i never said that i did not want to pay it, he jump the gun and was very rude, i did not get his name but he was a male the lady there is very nice....i called the day after my due date because the day before was a holiday and he said i was late and i told him that the office was closed the day before.
