Here's a polished review you can post:I would never recommend CubeSmart Self Storage. When I first rented my unit about five years ago, the monthly rate was around $150. Over time, that cost increased to an astonishing $377 per month—a $227 increase with no improvement in service or added value.I understand that operating costs rise and occasional rate increases are expected, but this level of increase was excessive and ultimately forced me to make the difficult decision to sell, donate, or dispose of items I had been storing because the cost was no longer justifiable.To make matters worse, my storage unit was damaged during an attempted break-in while my belongings were stored there, which raised serious concerns about the facility's security. Despite paying significantly more over the years, I did not experience better service or greater peace of mind.Based on my experience, CubeSmart became far too expensive for what it offered, and I would not recommend it to others looking for a long-term storage solution.

Very clean place

I gave 2 as a score because to give a customer a particular monthly rate and then "double" that monthly rate after only 3 months of rental is ridiculous. ...especially with extremely large rodent feces everywhere.

Pricing, service, both were absolutely horrible. Price raised in by over $100 in the first 30 days. Upon calling for assistance there was never any corporate rep my other than too bad that’s out policy.

Excellent staff. I forgot to lock my storage door. Staff contacted me immediately. Staff made sure everything was ok.

Great facility that is kept clean and organized. The entry and exit touch pads are hard to reach without damaging the vehicle you're in, so we usually got out of our vehicle and walked up to enter our code. We understand why the entry doors are kept closed for climate control, but they are excessively heavy and difficult to manage when trying to get in or out with a loaded cart.We felt the cost of our unit was excessive when we originally rented it, but then when the monthly rate went up some $30 more, we found another option for storing the materials.
