I found cubsmart to be good operationally, but I could never recommend someone to pay double the market rate that I see locally. Further, the denial for me to rent the space for $40.00 forced me to move. I was willing to negotiate, but cubesmart was only interested in taking my money.

I have two units and tge price continues to increase at an unmanageable rate. I surrendered the first unit and will determine how to proceed regarding the second.

Everything was good but I lost a lot with the fire at the Sawdust store

Would have been a 10- I had a difficult time getting ahold of someone at the store to cancel service. I had to go through corporate.

Great customer service and straight forward rental process. Although I object to being forced to buy insurance before there’s anything in our unit and being almost forced to buy an expensive lock when I already had one available. I did return the lock and get a refund.

Rat droppings and actually dead rats!!

Manager is kind and courteous. The facility is clean and well kept. The online process to sign up made our move quick and easy.
