The price is to high

For as long as I have rented that unit, I found so many termites that ate the wood, boxes and distroyed so many of my valuables. I understand that this is an outside unit but I feel all these units should have been spread for bugs and termintes.

When I first signed up, the manager clearly told me that the monthly rate would be $46 and assured me that it would not change. However, the price increased to $53 shortly after, and then again to $70.In my opinion, it’s simply not worth having a storage unit when the cost keeps going up like that. There should be consistent pricing for the entire year. It doesn’t feel fair that customers are charged more over time without clear communication.Overall, I found the service to be very poor, with a lack of transparency and communication. Unfortunately, my experience was not a good one, and I would not recommend this facility.

Tienen un excelente manager

Mgt is aways so helpful. Price aren't high for location and condition of units and facility. No trash dumpster, restrooms need a upgrade, and road need repair. Big holes everywhere

All 3 of the units thay i rented there were rat infested. I had to throw away 90% of my stuff. Rats ate the bottom of couches, shreaded paperwork, chew up many boxes and contents. Units are WAY OVER PRICED!
