For as long as I have rented that unit, I found so many termites that ate the wood, boxes and distroyed so many of my valuables. I understand that this is an outside unit but I feel all these units should have been spread for bugs and termintes.

another. I don’t recall the name of the previous one, but my experience with this one that I just left was honestly very disappointing. When I first signed up, the manager clearly told me that the monthly rate would be $46 and assured me that it would not change. However, the price increased to $53 shortly after, and then again to $70.In my opinion, it’s simply not worth having a storage unit when the cost keeps going up like that. There should be consistent pricing for the entire year. It doesn’t feel fair that customers are charged more over time without clear communication.Overall, I found the service to be very poor, with a lack of transparency and communication. Unfortunately, my experience was not a good one, and I would not recommend this facility.

Mgt is aways so helpful. Price aren't high for location and condition of units and facility. No trash dumpster, restrooms need a upgrade, and road need repair. Big holes everywhere

All 3 of the units thay i rented there were rat infested. I had to throw away 90% of my stuff. Rats ate the bottom of couches, shreaded paperwork, chew up many boxes and contents. Units are WAY OVER PRICED!

I was evicted, not only did my unit I was issued not an actual unit, I was harassed and then upon a leak in the roof of the unit I was in occurred my belongings were destroyed. I have yet to file my claim because im having my great grandmother's wedding dress appraised because it was the most important thing that was ruined. I them helped a young lady out that claimed to work there on the side and had her unit locked up but needed to GJ through some stuff and get her stuff. Turns out this girl was a liar and thief and included myself and a new customer in her criminal ventures. I have been evicted paid nothing back of my monthly money I paid in for this place and left me attacked by the manager because of someone else. I was allowed to get my things after they cut my lock and put their own on my unit, and restricted me access until the last day I had to get out. Never ever will I go here again or any other branch of cubesmart.
