Staff and service was great. Very helpful.

I have been a customer for over 12 years . I was has a hard time making a payment in September. I asked an employee named David to speak with manager to check if he would be able to offer me some type of assisted. He told me to he would speak with manager the following week and he would call me back. Sadly to say, I had to call back two days later. He said the manager said “NO.” I asked if he gave any explanation. He said none was given. I was also charged a late fee for waiting for an answer. I discovered that after speaking with another person ( Dayjanee , I think that was her name) he did not notate the account that this conversation ever took place. She listened to me ands my concerns, removed the late fees, and spoke with a manager and called me back several times trying to provide good customer service relations. However, I decided to close my account and take my business elsewhere.

I’ve had 3 different units with Cubesmart and after each one my opinion of Cubesmart went down and down. Staff: fantastic. Unit: clean. Corporate: dog crap.One year of a steady price and then right after said period the price gets jacked up every 3 months. How can you cheat people like that?! I would have happily kept the unit for YEARS, but in this economy you cannot afford that. Where is your integrity?This particular unit we started paying $120/month. By the end of our 1.5 year use we were paying $210. The price increased twice in a 6 month period. Shame on this company. Extremely disappointed and will absolutely never recommend or use your storage EVER again.

Price increase was ridiculous. Homeless lady living. In hallway of storage. Everytime time I went to my storage , a homeless lady was living in the hallway. Disgusting

I have always used this storage facility for many reasons.. Always good customer service and assistance.

Very easy to reserve, move-in was seamless, unit was clean, no hidden contracts and easy to cancel when done needing.
