Terrible communication, hours not updated on website or Google.Called the main line and their is a complete disconnect from the actual storage location. It took weeks to cancel my storage unit.Plus the rats that peed all over my belongings, ate holes though the boxes.

I found cubsmart to be good operationally, but I could never recommend someone to pay double the market rate that I see locally. Further, the denial for me to rent the space for $40.00 forced me to move. I was willing to negotiate, but cubesmart was only interested in taking my money.

I have two units and tge price continues to increase at an unmanageable rate. I surrendered the first unit and will determine how to proceed regarding the second.

Great customer service and straight forward rental process. Although I object to being forced to buy insurance before there’s anything in our unit and being almost forced to buy an expensive lock when I already had one available. I did return the lock and get a refund.
