There is no lighting and ventilation isn’t so great. Love the easy access though.

I had an outer storage and the kept blowing dirt into it when the cleaned the lot got alot of dirt on my stuff also I had issues with rodents and they did damaged my stuff management did nothing to help except throw packets inside which didnt work . They kept raising the rent that it was more than doubled now and I got a bigger storage for cheaper

You raise the rent way too often and too much. The grounds aren’t kept up nicely. Half the time no one was in the office.

Locations are very important to me as are prices. Both were satisfied by CubeSmart. Payment options were also very convenient. Security of the area was also very good considering the area of the city.y

It feels like a bait and switch. You start off with a low rate, and then it keeps increasing. You're better off buying one for the back yard.

Started renting at $260. Four years later rent is $400. When I was cleaning out my unit, noticed rat droppings. After going through our stuff, rats ate through 4 bins of clothes. Other than that was nice to have a drive up unit.

Used for a long time, never had any problems
