My storage unit was wiped out clean, the first day I moved in, I came back the next day, everything was gone. It was an inside job, the manager removed everything into another unit and claimed some one took it. The Lock I had was removed and placed with another lock, I had my belongings in the wrong storage I had the numbers storage confused wrong. I put my belongings in 003 instead of 033.

I had an outer storage and the kept blowing dirt into it when the cleaned the lot got alot of dirt on my stuff also I had issues with rodents and they did damaged my stuff management did nothing to help except throw packets inside which didnt work . They kept raising the rent that it was more than doubled now and I got a bigger storage for cheaper

You raise the rent way too often and too much. The grounds aren’t kept up nicely. Half the time no one was in the office.
