First of all, Robin is an excellent manager. The reason I gave it this score is that a 16-ft rental truck cannot go into the front gate and make the turn to go to the second row of storage spaces which is the one I rented. This requires me to park out on the street Cross Lanes of traffic and come into the office and ask Robin to open the exit gate which has a straight shot in to my second row unit I rented. That is rather inconvenient and should have have been stated somewhere online or at the rental facility that you do not have an easy entrance into the facility with a 16 ft or larger truck!
