The assistant was very unhelpful. Let other tenants park in front of our trailer blocking us from moving our trailer out. Her attitude was very “oh well , I understand your plans are ruined” we pay our monthly fee to store our trailer and have access to our property when needed. We don’t pay our monthly fee for when they think we should have access to our own property. She did not take full responsibility for her mistake and kept blaming the other tenants for parking and blocking our trailer . She was very unprofessional and kept looking for excuses more so than trying to help resolve the issue at hand .

My rental price increased by too much too quickly. I originally appreciated the cost and the ease of access with extended hours, and the staff were friendly and helpful, but I found a larger, indoor, climate controlled unit at a better price than my outside unit at another facility equidistant to my home with the same hours of access. My unit also had concerns such as the latch was always difficult to open and close, the bristle strip on one side of the door disappeared at some point, and water leaked into the unit sometime during recent storms, damaging some of my cardboard boxes. In a pinch, it was a good place to start out, but I became increasingly dissatisfied with the facility and needed a larger unit which I don't believe is available at this location anyway.

Store manager was rude after an incident where a gate scraped the back of my car.

I wanted something long term but rates are constantly increasing. Yet lower prices are offered for people looking for new storage. So it feels like one gets penalized for being there too long.

The Jamacha Blvd site manager, Kelly is the best! She is why I chose this facility. Friendly, professional and attentive. She came through for me when I had a slight problem.

No contact was needed and was able to get my unit same day and started moving stuff in.

The cost of using your facility is exorbitant. The price kept rising with no explanation whatsoever as to why. There was no reason for this other than exploitation.I do want to express my appreciation for the wonderful attitude of your employee, Kelly. She was most helpful and you can be proud of her. There was another lady who I cannot say the same for, she was always grumpy and seemed my presence was an inconvenience to her.Again, Kelly was great.
