Good communication, friendly people,Convenient location , easy access to unit

The staff was always so friendly and helpful. But unfortunately our storage unit was covered with some type of droppings from a rodent. Even when we brought all of our items home we had a small mouse hitch a ride from the storage unit and to our new home. It’s very disappointing to pay that amount of money for a unit to keep our things and we ended up throwing half of our saved stuff away.

My unit almost got broken into they were 5-7 units that were affected by theft, luckily I wasn't one of them, when I reported to the front desk a man said I needed replace & and buy a new one, I assumed one would be provided., Right???.

Josh is spot on! Made it clear as to the whole dear. Cool guy and very personable. Han on to this dude he is an asset for sure! Not blowing smoke seein as I only met him the one time

Over the years the facility has really gone downhill We never had problems with rat droppings before until this year.

3 years out of country came back to water damage, mold, and even rodent damage to our unit.

I was able to secure a storage space on a Sunday without even going into the office first. All online and quick.
